dc.description.abstractThrough all the research that I have done, I have learned much helpful information that has changed the way that I look at dieting, nutrition and weight loss. I now have a better understanding of how the whole process works and what it takes to reach my goal. I hope that I have gotten the point across that taking the easy way to a goal, possibly by using supplements or a fad diet, is not the right answer. It may do more harm to your body than good in the long run. This project has been informational and enlightening, and I hope that the reader now has a better understanding of nutrition, weight loss, exercise and dieting.en_US
