Abstract
"The project chosen by the student will not only reflect his personal interests and capacities, but will, as a rule, require his applying what he has already learned to a unified activity which will lead to a genuine sense of achievement As a dancer, I have been in a lot of musical comedies. Therefore how the choreographer constructs a working model for movement has been of particular interest to me. Since I had never choreographed before my interest had always been centered in the performance aspects of dance as opposed to its design. "Fiddler on the Roof. " gave me a chance to work with choreographic design. This first hand experience was half of my learning experience. The other half of the experience was learning how to work with people and to communicate with them in such a way as to demonstrate the mood I was trying to achieve and how the movement had to be executed in order to achieve this mood.
