dc.description.abstractThis paper will be a detailed composition concerning creatine and will be comprised of three parts: firstly, it will be a scientific presentation of the effects of creatine in the body, with special attention paid to its role when used by the athlete interested in increasing muscle mass and power; secondly, it will look at the relationship between the athletes who use creatine and the organizations that serve their sport; and finally, it will include some discussion about the use of creatine by the schools that belong to the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA).en_US
