The Selberg-Erdos Elementary Proof of the Prime Number Theorem

Abstract

This is a paper dealing with a proof in the theory of numbers in particular it is from prime number theory dealing with the distributions of the primes. Unlike many other branches of number theory, distributional prime number theory is as much contemporary as it is historical. In other words, many of the important, dramatic contributions have come just very recently.
