Abstract
Throughout my professional career, I've been deeply involved in setting up and
maintaining computer systems, including many email systems. The majority of those
email systems have been set up in a very traditional and accepted design. This paper
explains a setup that is anything but a traditional and accepted design. It is intended for
fellow computer science majors to be able to completely understand, however most
people who read it should gain at least a little more knowledge of how email works.
