Active from its beginning in 1903 up until its decline in the 1950s and 1960s, the House of David was a thriving group, known nationwide for its varied and creative commercial enterprises such as its traveling baseball teams and miniature trains and autos. During the course of this study, the enterprises will be explained and interpreted, along with the way of life of the colonists themselves.
