    Abstract
The purpose of this project is to develop laboratory experiments for the Medical Physics (Physics 52) class of Kalamazoo College. Since this is a non-majors course, it is desirable to find experiments which not only demonstrate one or sore physical principles, but are also relatively straightforward. For educational purposes, these experiments should pertain to the medical field. Also, for educational purposes, they should involve the student as much as possible. Of the many possible experiments, three were chosen. They are, one, a circuit which will measure the galvanic skin response (a lie-detector), two, a circuit which can measure cardiac action, and three, the use of ultrasound for non-invasive testing of human anatomy.
