    Abstract
The objective of this project was to study the feasibility of using a Fabry-Perot interferometer at ultraviolet wavelengths. The Fabry-Perot has been used very effectively for many years at visible and infrared wavelengths as a high resolution spectral tool, but little work has been done with this instrument in the ultraviolet. This project involves a systematic study of pertinent operating characteristics of a Fabry-Perot at ultraviolet wavelengths.
