In an environment of a fresh-water lake several species of fish can co-exist only if their demands on the food supply varies from one species to another. If there were no variations there would not be different species present. I decided to study three species of fish to observe what variations in feeding habits occur. Further, I wondered whether there exist variations in feeding habits within one species due to differences in size or sex. To make these observations I obtained samples of three different species and examined the stomach content to determine feeding habits.
