CARLMONT HIGH SCHOOL: A NEW TEACHER'S PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

The text that follows is a very brief explanation of my student teaching internship at Carlmont High School in Belmont, California. In the respective sections, I have presented an overview of Carlmont, an examination of my role as a student teacher, and finally a description of the one-to-one interaction I had with one of my students. This theme is not extensive in scope, but I feel it outlines the major components of what turned into a very positive teaching experience.
