My student teaching experience was unique in a number of ways. First, and foremost, I taught three different subjects with two different teachers. The teachers had wildly different personalities and teaching styles and it took some major adjusting to learn to work with both of them. Secondly, I was lucky enough to land an internship at a first class school where I spent the majority of my time teaching, not disciplining. For the most part, I had college bound students in my classrooms who had either very high expectations for themselves, or who brought the very high expectations of their parents to class. Whether or not this aspect was unusual, it brought with it its own unique problems.Administrator only due to personally identifying information in case study.
