Abstract
My philosophy of philosophy is that it should be relevant and helpful to the solutions of the problems in society. Not that philosophy should have the study of man, society and its institutions as its only subject matter, but that it should strive in formulating political and economic theories for the benefit of man. That is why I decided to write my thesis on a subject relevant to society in general and the Latin American people in particular. My work is very emotional at times, but this does not mean that it is subjective in its entirety; emotion is just my style of writing. A paper does not have to be dry in order to be objective.
