dc.description.abstract | This study entails the use of procedures and
knowledge acquired in the areas of tissue culture and
cytological techniques. Since conditions vary from
one laboratory to another, modified techniques must be
set up which are functional for the specific conditions
of a lab. This project served mainly as a basis for the
refinement of various techniques, for their future use
in the laboratory. This involves refining and compiling
several techniques. An investigation of this type also
serves as a starting point for the study of abnormal
chromosomes and their comparison to normal chromosomes.
The outcome of such studies is of enormous potential. | en_US |
