Abstract
The purpose of this study is to survey the activities of the public
relations and publicity departments of the Kalamazoo Civic Players.
From observation, interviews and historical recor4s of the Civic, the trends in the past, present and future development of
the programs will emerge. From this survey, conclusions as to the
effectiveness of the programs may be drawn, and possibly the strengths
and weaknesses may be pointed out.
