A Fresh New Approach to Collective Bargaining - A Look at the Institution of Collective Bargaining in American Motors Corporation
Abstract
It is the purpose of this paper to discuss and analyze the
institution of collective bargaining in only one corporation out of the
vast number of businesses in which it exists. This paper, it is hoped,
will be a careful study of collective bargaining in the American Motors
Corporation, the fourth largest member of the automobile industry.
