Abstract
In this thesis I will apply certain experimental findings and theories about the mammalian viral defenses to that which is known about the process of transplant rejection, also as evidenced in mammalian specimens, with a view to proposing an original theory of antibody formation and an original theory toward stopping transplant rejection in humans. The overview is of the tremendous advances currently being made in the field of genetic research and the knowledge that biology is a science of hypothesis, and only by looking at all the plausible explanations can we hope to find all the possible answers.
