Antonio Machado

Abstract

I translated Machado's prose prologues to his various volumes of poetry to let the reader see some of the Poet's ideas which were not discussed in my study of Machado. For those who find these translations rough, I can only say that I tried to give, rather than strict English-written, well-ordered prose, a sample of Spanish-written prose.
