Abstract
This study is an attempt to bring together facts and data which
affect the price which growers receive in the tart cherry industry.
Of the many flows which take place, i.e from the grower to the processor,
from the processor to wholesaler and retailer, and from the
wholesaler or retailer to the consumer, the former is the concern of
this study. Supply and demand analyses are studied in an attempt to
figure long run price based upon this information.
