A basis for the extraction of dσ/dΩI=0 + from dσ/dΩpp and dσ/dΩpp is presented along with a discussion of the actual calculation of dσ/dΩnpI=0 + from existing data. This is followed by a brief analysis of dσ/dΩI=0 + x k2 vs. PLAB', the calculated σ T,E/I=0, and the coefficients of a Legendre fit to dσ/dΩ+I=op.
