Abstract
The purpose of my Senior Individualized Project (of which
this work represents an accumulation of that experience) was
to learn the body of patent law from the chemists' standpoint.
It was therefore, the goal of this paper to take all of this
knowledge gained while working with the firm and from various
readings in the area and using my chemical background accumulated
from my four years at Kalamazoo College, present a paper
for the chemist in applying for a patent.
