Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze one program
which was dedicated to providing employment for youth.
Hopefully we will describe some of the weaknesses and
some of the strengths of the program.
The outlook is broad, as we examine the possibilities
of youth employment as a constructive answer to some of
our social problems. Hopefully you will share some of
the optimism of the author about the ultimate affect of
engaging our young people in the attack on these problems.
