A Study on Proposed Sex Equity Legislation for Education

This study examines the proposed legislation designated to create changes within Michigan schools towards gaining gender equity. The first section of this paper describes Public Act 25 and specific areas of this bill that are targeted for change and sex equity additions. The second section describes the proposed legislation to be drafted. Both of these sections are divided into subsections which describe areas of the legislation being addressed.
