Abstract
The purpose of this paper is not to reveal my own opinion
regarding the legalization of drugs, in an attempt to influence the
reader. It is, rather, to introduce some of the facts surrounding this
issue, thereby providing the reader with the materials which are
necessary in order to make a rational decision. By no means should
the reader forget about drug legalization after finishing this paper.
In a time when authorities are constantly struggling over the drug
problem, all people need to be thinking of a plan to deal with this
situation.
