An increasing number of NCAA schools have seen the importance of properly managing their recruiting process and have experienced the benefits of sports recruiting solutions. These sports recruiting companies have developed over the past twenty years to meet the needs of these colleges and universities as they compete to attract the best recruits. The first thing that these companies developed was software that was designed to assist coaches in managing all aspects of their recruiting processes, and allowed them to do everything from filing prospective athlete questionnaires to lifecycle management of their current players. These companies did not stay stagnant, and evolved along with the changing technologies and NCAA rules. By beginning to incorporate more diverse aspects into their services such as branded emails, customized web pages and services that help ease the pressure of NCAA compliance rules, companies have adapted and made themselves a necessity for colleges and universities across the country. As more companies have emerged, the market has become incredibly competitive in trying to offer the best product and value to consumers.en_US
