I construct this analysis of current search and seizure issues with the hopes that you will become more aware of your rights under the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution. For the past year, I have had internship opportunities working in the area of drug prosecution and have seen and heard of many law enforcement practices which, in light of this analysis are appalling. Over and over, the Constitutional rights which protect against illegal search and seizure are violated. Over and over, many of these violations go unnoticed. If you are not a current K College student, faculty, or staff member, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request access to this SIP.
