Fenstemacher's Fabric Shops, Inc.: A Case Study
The paper begins with an analysis of Mr. Fenstemachert's first decision to become self-employed. The development of his business is then traced through seven major steps. The advantages and disadvantages which were experienced with each change in the business are examined as well as various alternatives to the decisions that were made.
