Abstract
Throughout my senior Individualized Project, I hope to demonstrate the response of groups may have on a military regime. I do not want to suggest that specific groups or their actions were the only pressure exerted on the regimes, but that these groups that spoke out against the coercion of the government and helped bring about the changes within society that eventually toppled the regime. The main emphasis of this paper will focus on the response to the military regimes from the 1960s through the 1980s.
