Abstract
The purpose of the following paper is two-fold. First, it documents the development of the "Legislative Watch" program since its inception one and a half years ago. Second, it is a discussion of my thoughts and experiences as an assistant for legislative affairs during the past nine months. The paper is divided into four sections: an introduction, a section devoted to the Chamber and its environs, a discussion of the legislative program and my involvement with it, and finally, a conclusion. Included in the report are my recommendations for certain Chamber goals which I feel would improve its legislative program.
