Abstract
This project needs little introduction but perhaps
a bit of explanation. It has three basic purposes. One,
to familiarize myself with some basic criminal procedure.
Two, to aid Mr. _________ in some of the research necessary
to prepare an Appellate Brief for the New Caledonia Court
of Appeals, Metroplex District, which as the matter presently
stands must be filed by July or August following the
events as told in this project. Third, and most ambitiously,
to provide the reader with a "readable" but accurate account
of criminal procedure as it might function in this
specific case, hereafter referred to as state of New Caledonia
v. John Prahs.
