Melvindale: A Suburb Near Detroit

I have undertaken a study of local politics because this seems to be the point at which to begin in understanding a larger area of politics. If through careful examination and study we are able to discover the needs of the small community and from these develop a satisfactory government, then we will have a solid basis to work from to improve and perfect our larger governmental structures. For me the city-manager form of local government seems to be the most logical and practical way to run a city. For this reason I studied Melvindale in the hope of discovering a way for that city to adopt the city-manager plan. However, I came to the conclusion that because of a sociological problem, it would be very unlikely to see Melvindale adopt this plan.If you are not a current K College student, faculty, or staff member, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request access to this SIP.
