Isolation of PAPS on DEAE Cellulose
Abstract
PAPS was isolated three times from the particle-free supernatant of iso-osmotic potassium chloride homogonates of rat liver. This was achieved by modifying the recently developed DEAE-TEAB PAPS assay of Rhozin.
