Abstract
The research to be presented is a study of the Juvenile
Court Program. The topic is the success of the Program in terms
of the rate of recidivism of juvenile delinquents. There are many
factors which must be considered in determining the success of
the program, including the type of programs used, the importance
given to each program, the people involved in the programs, the
effectiveness of each program in rehabilitating the juvenile
delinquent, and ultimately by researching the recidivism rate of
the juvenile delinquents who are involved in the program.
