My Senior Individualized Project is going to deal with the return emphasis on States' interests. Through an analysis of Court opinions, I hope to delineate two contrasting views on the roles of the Federal and State Governments. The first of these views emphasizes Federal dominance in governmental affairs, while the second emphasizes the autonomy of the States in order to better satisfy the needs of their own citizens. In delineating -- these views, I will outline the potential ramifications, positive and negative, of this change on the actions of various units in the American Federal structure. If you are not a current K College student, faculty, or staff member, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request access to this SIP.Duplicates page 22.
