Has past U.S. foreign policy been directed towards promoting U.S. national interests, or has it been misdirected? How do these policies affect other countries? Is present U.S. policy being used to benefit the U.S. and its interest today, and for the future? If not, how should U.S. foreign policy be changed? In order to answer these questions, a basis is needed from which to analyze past and present foreign policy. Thus, several theories of international relations will be reviewed and will later be used to analyze U.S. foreign relations with Ecuador. If you are not a current K College student, faculty, or staff member, email email@example.com to request access to this SIP.
