dc.description.abstract | I decided to
present the U.S. Federal District Court in Kalamazoo in terms
of the Federal Judicial System, showing how it fits into and
interrelates with the other agencies in that system. Having
done this, I saw a need for a further breakdown reviewing the
actual process of litigation in.the Federal District Court,
enabling the reader of this work, and myself, to become more
familiar with what exactly the reformers want to change. A
presentation of this process also allows the reader to realize
why there is such a great time factor in many court cases,
and thus backlog and delay. | en_US |
