A Method for the Operation of a Political Campaign in a Rural Congressional District for a Seat in the United States House of Representatives
MetadataShow full item record
This paper deals with the different facets of a congressional campaign for the United States House of Representatives. It is developed and built for a congressional campaign in a rural based congressional district. It is not written to be the final word on such campaigns, but it is written to be a guide, basic and adaptable, to other rural based congressional campaigns. The basis from which this paper is constructed is built upon my experiences as field director for nine-term Congressman Lee H. Hamilton's 1980 campaign in the rural ninth congressional district in the state of Indiana.
