dc.description.abstract | The object of this paper is to provide a brief background
of the brewing industry and the problems it faces.
It will then discuss the role of hops in the brewing process
and the economics involved in their use. Through a careful
cost breakdown and analysis of the new extracts, it is the
intention to show that a definite saving is possible from
using extracts without causing the product to be altered. | en_US |
