Item Virtual Community Project Week 1(Kalamazoo College, 2020-03-31) Office of Student ActivitiesThe Office of Student Activities sponsored events during Spring 2020 using Instagram, Microsoft Teams, and Snapchat. Wellness Wednesday was a group session sponsored by the Counseling Center to help deal with the sudden changes caused by the coronavirus pandemic. The traditional Friday night Zoo Flicks was also held online via Microsoft Teams.Item Virtual Community Center Launch(Kalamazoo College, 2020-03-28) Office of Student ActivitiesThis social media post announced the launch of the Virtual Community Center (VCC). A Microsoft Teams site was developed in response to campus closure due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, the sudden switch to online only classes for the entire spring meant that students still had their belongings in the residence halls.
